- Enter your pet's neck measurement and have a matching custom strap made that secures with velcro. Please note that bow ties with custom straps are non-returnable

SAFETY

Do not allow your pet or young children to be unsupervised while the bow tie is in use. Store in a safe place when not in use.

BOW SIZES

S - 10 × 5 cm / 4 × 2 in - Best for small dog breeds like terriers and dachshunds, and cats.
M - 14 × 7 cm / 5 ½ × 2 ¾ in - Best for medium dog breeds such as whippets, small bullies, and spaniels.
L - 18 × 9 cm / 7 × 3 ½ in - Best for large dog breeds such as labradors, retrievers, and German shepherds.

Ham wears size M with a custom strap.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges if your item doesn't fit or is otherwise unsuitable.  

Please contact me directly within 7 days of delivery with your request for a return or an exchange.

  Items need to be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery.  

Requests for an exchange are sent on without an additional postage fee.  

Refunded returns are for the paid value of the item only* and exclude postage.  

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, so please ensure you pay correct postage, fill out relevant customs forms correctly and keep your receipts. All returns must be marked clearly on the outside 'return order'.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
