I'm off to Portugal for my summer holiday this year and I'm looking forward to packing my suitcase for the occasion. I love to wear my best clothes when I go away, it's a time for feeling good and looking my best. Inspired by this, I thought I would share with you the 5 favourite Stylecamp outfits that I wouldn't be without this summer.
Video: Stylecamp's Top 5 Holiday Outfits
1. MARLENE JUMPSUIT
I'm spoiled for choice with all the luscious prints to choose from in the Marlene Jumpsuit collection, but I'm going for this striking monochrome style for its classic holiday feel. It was so cool to wear during my last scorching hot holiday in Poros and I adore all of its stylish details.
Stepping off the plane in this comfortable, wide-legged gem makes me feel like a glamorous 1930s siren, it makes the perfect holiday outfit for arriving at your destination in style. I'll be teaming it with my favourite chunky wedges and a simple shoulder bag for an effortless holiday look.
2. AVA TWO PIECE SET
Whether you're beachside or poolside, the Ava Set is such a versatile set to pack. Wear as one complete set or as separates with other items in your suitcase, to give you a number of different holiday looks to show off that won't overstep your luggage allowance.
I love the cute tie up detail that makes this set so easy to throw on over a bikini and the deep front pockets of the matching shorts also come in very handy too. They have a flirty, feminine flare to them that makes me think of famous 1930s and 40s starlets enjoying their time along the Riviera. I'll be hitting the beach in this with a good beach bag and some sandals.
3. NANETTE DRESS
Every good holiday wardrobe needs a sundress, so I'm picking this vibrant hot pink Nanette Dress for a glamorous yet casual daytime look - this bougainvallia pink really does the trick. I love the pretty spilt sleeve detail (a flattering choice if you're conscious about your upper arms) and sun-catching wide scoop neckline that, for me, elevates this simple design into something more special.
I'll be accessorising this dress simply with some elegant espadrille sandals and a coveted straw bag for timeless, holiday chic.
4. OFF SHOULDER CROP TOP
I'm definitely packing a few colours of these off shoulder crop tops on this trip - this elegant neckline is a Riviera style classic and these crop tops can be worn with so many different things. What's more, the hidden support lining makes it so comfortable to wear all day.
While it's great to wear this as a matching set with a Stylecamp skirt, my preferred choice for holiday being a flowy skater skirt to keep the heat at bay, it's also fun to play with pattern a bit and team this with some of the other pieces I'll be bringing along - like my trusty spotty culottes or wild tropical trousers featured in the video.
5. GINGER DRESS
Lastly, comes my choice for a big night out. Whether it's cocktails or a fancy dinner, I'll be packing the lovely Ginger Skater Dress, with its flattering frilled neckline, for the occasion. Though it's fairly classic in design, I always think the swishiness of this dress and added flounce makes this piece so fun to wear, perfect for a night on the town.
I'll be teaming this dress with some high-heeled sandals, an elegant clutch and, of course, a gorgeous holiday glow.
