WHAT IS CUPRO?
These summer sets are all about the fabric. Cupro has an irresistible soft sheen much like that of silk. Lightweight, airy and breathable, this fabric is ideal for summer garments, with the sumptuous drape allowing the clothing to hang loosely and flow elegantly as you walk.
Closer up, this fabric is delicately woven with a unique organic stripe pattern that gently catches in the light for a subtle shimmer that makes these sets feel really special. It's so comfortable against the skin, it's perfect for wear day or night.
It's sustainable too. Created by pulping cotton linter fibres, which re-uses waste product from the cotton industry, the resulting fabric has all the luxury and fluidity of silk, with a resilient and earth-conscious nature. In fact this natural fibre will degrade safely when buried into the earth within months.
Although it uses chemicals to produce just like viscose, Tencel and Lyocell, it's a closed process, which means that the chemicals and the water can be reused.
